About The Role 🤔

Immutable is growing rapidly across new revenue streams, entities, and product lines, and we are seeking a Growth Strategy Lead to accelerate our next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build a scalable marketing qualified lead pipeline from scratch, creating a consistent and high-quality flow of leads that convert into sales opportunities. You will also help shape how Immutable is perceived in the market by crafting compelling stories and content that position us as the leading web3 gaming platform. You will have the freedom to experiment, test, and pioneer new approaches to demand generation in a rapidly evolving ecosystem. You will work closely with senior leadership while combining creativity and commercial strategy to build a predictable engine for growth.

Responsibilities

You'll Be Empowered To 🎮

  • Create compelling content across social media channels to amplify Immutable’s narrative and brand
  • Work directly with the Founders to shape external communications and positioning
  • Collect input from teams, partners, and the community to source stories, validate messaging, and refine our go to market approach
  • Track campaign metrics, report on performance, and provide actionable insights for optimisation
  • Design and scale a repeatable marketing qualified lead pipeline across multiple channels including paid, SEO, webinars, partnerships, and social
  • Launch, test, and optimise campaigns to maximise qualified lead volume and conversion
  • Own and improve lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture sequences using a data driven test and learn approach

Job requirements

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, law, banking, or a high velocity startup environment
  • Proven creative capacity and outstanding written skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive social growth or build an audience through viral posts, strong following, or published articles
  • Strategic and commercial mindset with strong market awareness and business acumen
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and iterate quickly in fast paced environments
  • Data driven approach with a track record of testing and learning to achieve results
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to tell a compelling story

  • Crypto native or prior exposure to web3, gaming, or digital assets
  • Experience in a high growth or scale up business, particularly in content driven growth
  • Proven ability to balance rapid content iteration with structured campaign design
