Responsibilities

About The Role 🤔

Immutable is building the future of gaming—and now we’re helping games grow too. As our Customer Growth Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert in performance and growth marketing, working directly with our most strategic game studio customers to activate and scale Immutable’s growth products.

This role is all about impact. You’ll design growth strategies, run paid experiments, optimise acquisition funnels, and unlock scalable, revenue-driving playbooks that our customers can adopt. It’s a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of growth, delivery, and Web3 innovation—and shape how games acquire and retain players in this new world.

You'll Be Empowered To 🎮

  • Design and execute growth strategies with Immutable’s gaming customers to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue
  • Lead Web3-native growth experiments, leveraging airdrops, digital assets, and community-driven narratives to drive outcomes
  • Build and optimise performance marketing funnels (landing pages, CTAs, user flows) across channels like Google, X, Meta, TikTok, and more
  • Develop repeatable, scalable growth products that can be deployed across multiple customers and use cases
  • Partner with delivery and technical leads to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns and product activations
  • Use data and experimentation to identify new growth levers, validate hypotheses, and maximise ROI across all initiatives

Job requirements

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

  • At least 3+ years of experience in high-performing environments such as consulting, investment banking, or as an operator at a tech scale-up
  • Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, with a track record of measurable impact
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, funnel optimisation, and user acquisition strategies
  • A bias for action, with the ability to drive high-velocity experimentation and ship quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—you’re comfortable presenting strategies and outcomes to customers and executives
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; you don’t wait for permission to make things better
  • Genuine interest in gaming and/or Web3—you’ll be working closely at the intersection of both

  • Experience working in gaming, game publishing, or adjacent industries
  • Prior exposure to Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects
  • Familiarity with blockchain-native growth strategies and community marketing dynamics
