As the Sales Team Leader at Splend, you are charged with leading a passionate team of product experts in our retail-driven hubs, dedicated to driving sales and customer growth while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic team leader who not only excels in a customer-facing retail environment but also possesses a passion for product sales and customer success. Your leadership will be instrumental in both guiding the operational effectiveness of the hub and nurturing a deep product enthusiasm among the team.

  • Cultivate a team culture steeped in knowledge and enthusiasm for Splend’s vehicle subscription packages. Train and mentor product experts on the nuances of our products, enhancing their ability to connect these offerings with customer needs effectively.
  • Inspire, lead, and develop the team to achieve sales excellence. Ensure ongoing professional growth and strong team cohesion through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Oversee hub operations to ensure seamless functionality and superior service delivery. Address operational challenges swiftly and foster an environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.
  • Implement aggressive sales strategies and closely monitor team performance against set targets. Adjust tactics as needed to optimize sales outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of the customer journey from initial inquiry through to successful onboarding, ensuring customers are matched with the perfect product fit to reduce churn and increase loyalty.
  • Regularly collaborate with other team leaders, sales managers, and regional managers to align strategies and share valuable insights.
  • Ensure the retail space is engaging and conducive to sales, managing product displays and promotional materials to maximise aesthetic appeal and product understanding.

  • Strategic thinker with a knack for pre-empting challenges and crafting pre-emptive solutions.
  • High standards of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality of customer interactions and team management.
  • A full unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Comfortable commuting to our Haberfield hub daily
  • Able to work weekends as required
