Responsibilities
The Role 🥳
We are looking for a talented senior engineer proficient in Python, Typescript and who cares deeply about AI products. You will be part of a visionary team in this role. Your work will help us expand our in-house agent frameworks, build upon our open-source SDK, assist in AI research and experimentation and make it more accessible for developers to interact with our technology.
Your impact💥
- Write clean, efficient code, and develop software applications.
- Build and maintain a python SDK that streamlines AI agent development.
- Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) on GPUs to enhance agent performance.
- Research and develop efficient multi-agent system frameworks.
- Develop new AI agents that improve automation and decision-making capabilities.
- Analyze product and agent data to surface insights from customers and our team.
- Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to allow our agents to better extract knowledge from documentation.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For 🧠
- 5+ years of experience in software development, machine learning or AI engineering.
- Ideally experience working with RAG, Large Language Models (LLMs), and demonstrated ability to develop, train, and deploy AI projects into production.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Typescript is nice to have).
- Experience working with agent platforms such as Llangchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Passion for AI technology and staying updated on industry trends.
